"Lucy has been looking after our rather needy cocker spaniel Kara for the last 8 years. She knows and understands all her special traits.

We have a regular walking arrangement with Lucy plus Kara always stays with her when we are on holiday, and she is very accommodating if we want to go away overnight or for weekends.

Kara loves her and we are often sent pictures of her having fun with other doggie friends or curled up on the sofa having a cuddle with Lucy. She has a lovely relationship with all the dogs she looks after and many of her clients have been with her for years.

We have found Lucy to be reliable, thoroughly responsible and professional. She is very security conscious and we have no qualms about her being in our house. Over the years we have grown very fond of Lucy and would be lost without her."

Lucy has been looking after Nelson my collie cross for 2 years now, she takes care of him for me when I’m on holiday and when we have had illness in the family or weddings/ christenings to attend. I wouldn’t trust him with anyone else.  Knowing that he’s in Lucy’s home and how much she loves animals (especially dogs!) I know that she will always follow my instruction to the letter and that he’s having the best time while I’m off enjoying myself too.  She is always on time and has kept him longer than agreed when I’ve been unable to get back to him.   Nelson has a very strict diet and Lucy works with me to make sure that he follows that and stays happy and healthy. 

Dear Lucy- Thank you so much for having Lottie for us while we were away, I know she can be very hard work but you have taken care of her so well, I don’t think she wanted to come home!.  She is definitely already looking forward to “walkies” next week and I’m so pleased to have found you now I can go away without the worry.  Thanks, Sheila
